We want your trip to be safe, organized, and unique from the very first contact. Here you’ll find our booking policies, service conditions, and guidelines to ensure a transparent and trustworthy experience.

Our commitment is to provide you with quality, responsible, and friendly service, taking care of your well-being at every stage of the journey.


BOOKING POLICIES:

To secure your spot, you must make the reservation payment for the selected program.

Your booking will be valid and confirmed once payment is received and passenger information is provided (full name, destination, and departure date).

The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the tour to our travel coordinator.


IMPORTANT:

  • We will never ask for full payment in advance or send suspicious links.
  • We will never request deposits to personal accounts.
  • Our only official payment account is under the name ANDES TOUR CHILE SPA.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Regarding land transportation:

With 7 or more days’ notice before the trip: you may reschedule, switch tours, or request a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus costs related to transportation or other services already booked.

If you choose to cancel your trip, the reservation deposit is non-refundable, as it covers logistical expenses, accommodations, entrance tickets, or other previously arranged costs.

We recommend making any changes or cancellations as early as possible to provide more options and avoid additional charges.


DATE AND PASSENGER CHANGES:

  • You can change your travel date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • If you need to change a passenger’s name, please notify us at least 3 days in advance.


TRAVEL CONDITIONS:

  • Our itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, or any situation that affects passenger safety.
  • The guide or driver may suspend or adjust activities in case of risk.
  • If, due to force majeure (floods, earthquakes, connectivity issues, or other extraordinary events), the trip is extended, additional food and lodging costs must be covered by the passenger.


TRANSPORT AND LUGGAGE:

  • Each passenger must arrive at the designated meeting points and times.
  • Luggage care is each person’s responsibility. Our team will always assist, but we are not responsible for loss or damage.
  • We recommend traveling with light luggage and appropriate clothing for the destination’s weather conditions.


ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

At Andes Tour Chile, we promote responsible and respectful tourism:

  • Do not litter on roads, trails, or natural areas.
  • Respect local flora, fauna, and culture.
  • Do not feed wild animals or remove natural elements such as stones, shells, or plants.
  • Take only photos, leave only footprints.
  • Your respect helps preserve the landscapes we love to share with you.
